Rent Manager

Rent Manager is your one-stop shop for managing your rent payments and maintenance requests.  Tenants should follow the following steps:

1. Go to AlphaREG.twa.rentmanager.com
2. Enter your Account Number.  Note: If you don’t know your account number, please call Alpha Real Estate Group’s main office at (636) 441-9200 to obtain it.
3. Enter your email address, which will become your username.
4. Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
5. Click SIGN UP.
6. Go to your email account for the account finalization email.
7. Click the FINALIZE link in the email.
8. Create a Password.
9. Confirm the Password.
10. Click VERIFY.
11. Enter your Username and Password to login.

Now, you will be able to pay your rent and submit any maintenance requests electronically.

Your Banking Institution

To make a payment through your banking institution Log in to your bank account, navigate to its online bill pay feature, then designate the provider you would like to pay. Payments can be made out to Alpha Real Estate Group or your respective Property Name.

Traditional Mail 

To mail a check as rent payment, please fill out a check to the name of your property, and address it as follows:
