Protecting You: Our COVID-19 Safety Measures

Alpha Real Estate Group is dedicated to the safety and well-being of our residents, employees, and community.  We want to assure you that we are committed to protecting our residents and employees during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic by implementing new protocols to help prevent the spread of the virus while providing our residents and employees with peace of mind in the place they call home.  

In addition to our regular cleaning, disinfecting, and maintenance policies, we will be taking the following additional measures to help protect the safety of our residents:  

• Increased frequency in cleaning of common areas and touchpoints in high traffic areas such as apartment lobbies, elevators, and apartment offices.
• All property-sponsored social programming will be suspended.
• Leasing tours of occupied units will be reduced or suspended.
• All staff are instructed to stay home if they are feeling sick or are running a fever. 
• All staff will wear protective masks whenever possible and maintain a safe distance whenever possible. 

Please note that we are not limiting or restricting who can visit our residences, but we encourage our residents to reduce in-person communication and reschedule gatherings of 10 or more people for the foreseeable future.  

There are also things that you can personally do that will make a difference for yourself and your neighbors: 

• Stay home and away from common areas if you feel sick.
• Postpone non-emergency work orders in your home.
• Avoid close contact with others.
• Cover your coughs and sneezes.
• Wash your hands frequently with warm water and soap for at least 20 seconds.
• Clean frequently touched surfaces and objects (e.g., door handles, keys, faucets).  
• Be prepared and informed.
