The Alpha Story
In 1995, Richard Rowe founded Alpha Real Estate Group. His career in property management, however, began as a teenager in Iowa. When he was 15 years old, he took a part-time job in the ground and janitorial department of the public housing authority in Burlington, Iowa. Though he planned to pursue a career in law enforcement, Richard discovered a passion for property maintenance and real estate. He worked his way through the ranks, gaining experience in maintenance services, leasing and management of residential and commercial properties, and housing and condominium association management.
He has since managed properties and associations in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Missouri before compiling his expertise and love of real estate into what is now Alpha Real Estate Group.
Richard’s “grounds up” philosophy—the dedication to providing professional services to its clients based on expertise and the personalized needs of the client—is the foundation on which Alpha Real Estate Group is built.
Alpha Real Estate Group is also a proud family-owned business with two generations of Rowes at the helm. Richard’s son, Tyler, joined the company as a Property Services Manager in 2010. He received his real estate license in 2013, and is now Vice President.
With the company surpassing 25 years in services in 2020, Richard, Tyler, and the entire Alpha Real Estate Group team approaches the future just like it has with the past: striving to provide fair, professional, and personalized services to their customers while taking pride in the fact that his company provides homes, repairs and peace of mind for its clients while offering quality employment opportunities for his team.

While we employ licensed real estate agents, we are not a traditional real estate agency that solely focuses on the buying and selling of residential homes. What kind of construction services do you offer?

Of course. We provide comprehensive reporting for the properties we manage, including profit and loss statements, variance reports, and more.
