Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and organized employee to provide quality administrative support by doing the following:

Answer and direct phone calls, emails and voicemails to the proper person
Must be knowledgeable about company’s services and properties
Ordering office supplies
Processing rental payments
Opening and sorting mail
Greeting guests and preparing for meetings
Must have experience in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with property management software is recommended, but not required

Maintenance Specialist

We are looking for a hard-working maintenance professional to join our team and perform the following duties:

Simple electrical projects
Minor plumbing projects
Light construction
Regular maintenance tasks like painting, changing light bulbs, HVAC inspection and filter changes, interior and exterior cleanup, carpet steaming etc.
External building maintenance like shoveling snow, salting walkways, raking leaves, etc.
Must be able to lift and carry at least 75 lbs.
